Job Responsibilities:
- work with Chro in Designing Key Policies, E.g., Performance Evaluation, Succession Planning , Training & Development Framework.
- Develop Talent Strategy
Identify Critical Positions in Business (based On Key Sources of Value Creation for the Business)
Forecast Talent Requirements
create Plan to Acquire/develop Talent to Meet Requirements
- Talent Development
Ensure Creation of Idps for Group 3 and Below
oversee Execution of Talent Development Programs, E.g., Bu-specific Technical Trainings, Job Rotation Within Bu, Development Leader Program
- Performance Management
Conduct Performance Reviews for Group 3 and Below
ensure Adherence to Guidelines, E.g., Normal Curve
- Employee Engagement
Roll-out Initiatives for Actualisation of Values qualifications
work Experience: 15+ Years Hr Experience
5+ Years Experience in Leading a Talent Management Function in a Leading Indian Company.
mba, Preferably in Hr
competencies Required:
Ability to Lead a Large, Multi-location Team

Experience 15 - 23 Years
Salary 15 Lac To 50 Lac P.A.
Industry HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR / Training & Development / Operations
Qualification M.B.A/PGDM
